1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in transparent pricing. That is why we offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide on all orders.

  • Domestic Orders: Free ($0.00)

  • International Orders: Free ($0.00)

  • No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your local government are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take up to 5 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipping Timelines (Transit Time)

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days.

  • Please note that these timelines are estimates provided by our couriers and are not absolute guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal disruptions, or severe weather conditions.

4. Shipment Tracking

Every order we dispatch includes full tracking visibility.

  • As soon as your package is shipped, a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) and a direct tracking link will be sent to you.

  • Tracking information typically updates within 24 to 48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through our website or via the official Shop App.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. IllicitShirts is not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses; however, transit times to these locations may be slightly longer than the standard 7–14 business days.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact your local post office before reaching out to us.

  • IllicitShirts is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

  • If your item arrives physically damaged during transit, please take clear photos of the packaging/item and email us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement.
